At its larger size, should the venture remain inside the organization, or become a separate entity? If it should become its own organization or a formal partnership, that is a structural change: route to mergers, partnerships and restructuring, with the tax and legal structure confirmed by professionals.

Part C. Watch the new concentration

A large, growing venture can itself become a source you depend on too heavily; if so, route the resilience question to the continuity work.
