Values and Norms Definition.

Name the few values the organization will genuinely live by and translate each into concrete behavior, because values without behaviors are decoration, and few and lived beats many and ignored.

Use it after the culture read, to choose the culture deliberately.

Part A. Choose the few true values

Part B. Translate each into lived behavior

Part C. The practices that keep it alive

The rule: a value with no behavior attached is a poster. Few, true, and lived, carried into how the organization actually works, or do not bother naming it, because unlived values teach people the words here are for show.
