Judge the pilot against the lines you set in advance and decide honestly to build, iterate, or drop, before you are too attached to the answer.

Part B. The decision

Build it (it passed and the numbers work) / change it and test again (promising but not there) / drop it (it will not work, and a cheap no just saved you an expensive one). Decision and reason

Part C. Route. If build, go to Design and Launch the Venture. If change, run the test again on the revised idea. If drop, route to the other funding engines, and, if you wish, back to shaping a different idea. A drop is a real win.
