Leadership Map.

Name who actually leads, and then who leads what, so alignment happens among the right people and every major area has one owner.

Part A. Who actually leads

Not by title, by reality. In a small organization, include the board chair and any key staff member who leads.

Part B. Who leads what

For each major area of the work, name the one person accountable. Every important area should have exactly one clear leader. A blank means no one owns it. Two names means a collision to resolve.
