Engagement and Recognition Practices.

Make people feel genuinely seen for their work and give them a real voice, because being unseen is the most common quiet driver of disengagement in mission work, and recognition is the acknowledgment that a person and their work matter.

Use it after the engagement read, especially where the cause is being unseen or having no voice.

Part A. Recognition, made routine

Part B. Voice, made real

The rule: recognition is a steady rhythm, not an event, and voice is only real when something visibly comes of it. Both say the same thing: you and your work matter here.
