For each kind you might pursue, score honestly. Eligible: do you qualify at all. Relationships: do you have or can you build the ones it needs. Standing: the civic or political standing it requires. Capacity: can you carry the pursuit.

If none is realistic, the honest answer is not now: route to individual giving and grants, and to building the civic relationships over time.
