Is your annual report or renewal filed and current?

Other states where you have staff, offices, or operations and may be required to register, and whether each is active and current

If anything has lapsed: the specific gap, the state’s process to restore good standing, and the renewal added to your compliance calendar

Good standing is easy to confirm and easy to lose. The most common failure is a missed annual report in the home state, which can lead to administrative dissolution over time. If you cannot confirm your standing, treat it as a gap and contact the state office directly.
