Quality and consent. Confirm each: collection runs on the planned routine, not a deadline scramble; consent is properly gathered; privacy and dignity are protected. On track / needs fixing

The harm gate

If collection surfaces a disclosure of harm, abuse, a safety risk, or a rights violation, that is a duty to act at once, not a data point. Route immediately to the relevant professional, the safeguarding process, and where required an attorney or the authorities.

Escalation path named

Name the gaps and biases. Before you use the data, ask who is missing, whose voices dropped out, and where collection was patchy
